All of our rates include taxes, cleaning and any other fees. We ask for a 20% deposit when the rental agreement is signed, and the balance due 45 days before arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards. We can accommodate a maximum of eight persons at Lightwood. We have a three night minimum.
2008/2009 Rates
April-December 2008- $375.00 per night, three night minimum, $2,450.00 per week
January-March 2009- $275.00 per night, three night minimum, $1,550.00 per week
April- December 2009- $395.00 per night, three night minimum, $2,625.00 per week
An extra $500.00 fee applies for any dates including Thanksgiving or Christmas- full week only
